Check your device’s settings

  • Using this app requires connecting to the internet.
  • For an Android device, check the following: Go to Settings > Location > App Permissions and set ambie to “Allowed.” *This app does not collect location information. Permission is necessary to use BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) to connect the earphones with the app. This is due to the way Android functions.
  • For iOS devices, check the following: Go to Settings > Select “ambie” from the apps list near the bottom > set ambie to “Bluetooth ON.”
  • Try deleting and reinstalling the app.
  • Try iPhone/Android’s official troubleshooting guides.
  • CAUTION We are aware that ambie AM-TW01 imitations are being distributed through flea market sites. These products cannot connect to the official ambie app. These products do not only have different designs and features, but they potentially have quality and safety problems. They can break during use, carrying a risk of accident or injury to users. When purchasing an ambie product, please do so through an official retailer.
